Meet The McDougall Team
|
Hello, we are the McDougall Team, Sandy, Bob and Kelly with J. Rockcliff Realtors. We enjoy working with buyers and sellers from the LaMorinda area thru Walnut Creek and the San Ramon Valley to Pleasanton.
Sandy has been a Realtor since 1980 and has been consistently a Top Producer. She has won many awards for production and great service to her clients and has a designation as a CRS (certified residential specialist). Sandy has a degree in Biochemistry from UC Berkeley and worked as a research chemist for Dow chemical company for many years. After experiencing a dozen corporate moves with Bob's job, Sandy became very interested in Real Estate and the process and was determined to make the moving process a little easier on other families. Sandy is the McDougall Teams backbone, the analytical one, the problem solver. Sandy's hobbies include gardening on her 3 acre property (she does all her own), ridding horses with Kelly, fishing with Bob and loves to get away to Carmel, California to relax and enjoy the ocean, shopping and fine dining.
Bob has been a Realtor since 1992 and has a degree in business from UC Berkeley. He joined Sandy soon after his retirement as Corporate Vice President of Del Monte Foods. He has both Domestic and International sales and marketing experience and contacts. Bob is our marking expert with extremely good work ethic and values. Bob's hobbies are wood working with his son Rob who is a wood craftsman, Fishing which is his all time favorite and exploring the wilderness for the perfect fishing hole. Kelly has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. She has been working with her mom as a "Realtor in training" since she was 14 years old and always wanted to be a top producer like her mom. Kelly graduated from Saint Mary's College in Moraga with degree in communications with an emphasis in broadcasting. She grew up modeling, appearing on daytime TV and was in a few commercials. Kelly was lucky enough to travel around the world and enjoyed attending some college time at The Imperial College in London, England while building on her modeling career in Europe. Kelly brings the energy and excitement to the Team and will always tell you what she thinks so be careful what you ask her. Kelly enjoys spending time with her son, Joshua, the McDougall Team's new Administrative Assistant. Kelly's hobbies are horse back ridding on the Mt. Diablo trails and showing in Cutting horse Shows where she also sponsors youth awards and sometimes even lending her horse to a youth in need. Her passion is with animals, all kinds and helps in animal rescue, fostering and taking on those who need a loving home. She has cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, geese, goat, rabbits and horses.
We work well together as a Team with something or someone for everyone. We are very supportive of each other and our clients. After a dozen moves ourselves we understand how hard the process can be especially for the relocating family.
The McDougall Team has consistently been amongst the top producers in the area. We specialize in the higher end price range but love to help people in all price ranges.
